Personal Takeaway

Working on Tap2Health taught me the importance of aligning designs with an existing brand presence, even when formal guidelines are lacking. Creating the stylescape was a valuable exercise in visual consistency and ensuring the app and web application felt like natural extensions of the website.

Additionally, balancing the needs of two distinct user groups—doctors and patients—was a rewarding challenge. It sharpened my ability to design scalable solutions that cater to diverse workflows without sacrificing simplicity or usability.

This project also highlighted the importance of collaboration and iteration. Regular feedback loops through Adobe XD helped refine the designs and ensured stakeholder satisfaction. I feel more confident in my ability to manage complex healthcare projects with multiple touchpoints.
